Hi Todd, and welcome to MHF.

Nice build, we don't seem to get that type of camper over here too much, which considering almost everyone seems to have a 4x4 pickup is odd.

Hi Todd, nice video, maybe missed it but how is it secured onto the 4x4 ?

Hi. Nice camper build. May I ask you for some tips on what hitch is good to use for truck and camper? I'm still building mine. I'm about to purchase a fifth wheel hitch from 4WheelOnline. I'm open to checking other recommended hitch products.

Not sure you'll get much help with that on here.

Unfortunately the original poster from 2016 never did respond to any queries about his build, self builders are a different bred you know this guy was obviously very shy as he only made one post.

Quite a technical challenge to ensure any 5th wheel trailer self build passes road safety certification checks by the authorities in the U.K. I would have thought.

We do have at least one 5th wheel owner on here regularly but I believe they bought their whole unit complete.

Be interested in how you get on, good luck.
