Page 21 of the blog is now posted.

Current drawing updates below, we are going to use three box towers from Really Useful Boxes for storage under the bed, the water heater and batteries are on the move and we have revised the floor length, taking out the step which was where the raised floor finished.

The second drawing is showing the fixed bed slats which we are having made in Beech:

Just off out to Ruddington to collect a new rear wheelarch which I found on ebay.

Haven't updated this blog since the cancer diagnosis and operation last year and this, but there has been some work going on, the most recent was the fourth new window in the driver's side, so we can turn the Mercedes round now and start on the other side.

I just finished reading through your posts chronicling the Vario conversion on your stationary engine website and was gutted when it finished before you had completed the job!

A quick bit of Google-Fu and I find these extra posts here! Thanks for going to the extra effort of recording the progress of your build.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't well and hope you've managed to get through it, I suspect you have as you seem to be quite a frequent poster on this forum! I'm looking forward to seeing more on your project and hope you will get to finish and enjoy the fruit of your labours.

He'll be back soon with lots more posts, plus another trailer project, you can't keep a good man down.

I found this posts, and the blog (http://www.oldengine.org/Members/Die.../Mercedes1.htm) from Peter.
The information he provided help me very much and I would like to thank. Reading this through posts and the fact that there are no updates after 07/2016 let me sadly conclude that I wound be able to thank Peter.

Hello.
Sadly Peter died a while ago. Yes he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ray.
