Just remember that the latest version of Malwarebytes will install a full version for 14 days which you can either deactivate once you have scanned and found the issues or you can just leave it to run out and after 14 days it will prompt you to either pay for it or not have real time protection. I tend to deactivate it straight away just in case it conflicts with any other anti virus product but it generally doesnt.
Just install it, let it do a full scan and chances are it will find something, usually just PUPs. I Saw 1200 on a pc the other day but its normal to have a few.
