When you said earlier that you were on Windows 2007 did you mean Windows 7? If so then you really need to install IE version 9.

If you aren't using Windows 7 then which version of Windows do you have as I don't think that Windows 2007 is correct.

Sorry about that Windows XP, all the office stuff is 2007.

iconnor - OK, that makes more sense.

I've just booted up my very old laptop that runs Win XP and has IE version 8 and the add campsite form is presented correctly.
I suggest you do the following:

In IE select 'tools', 'internet options' then on the 'general' tab select 'delete' under 'browsing history' and then on the next page check the 'temporary internet files' box (leaving the other unticked if you want) and then select 'delete'

You could also upgrade your version of IE to Version 8 (which runs fine under XP) but I suspect you'll still need to clear the browser cache.

Does that resolve the problem?

Still getting the same result unfortunately.
I will ask Corp Security if I can load IE8 (Company laptop).
