Khyam Motordome Excelsior Drive-away Awning
Khyam Motordome Excelsior drive-away awning is up for grabs that we used to use on our Adria Twin but we have upsized to and this doesn't really fit our new van.
Quick and easy to put up, has Kador strip (or whatever it's called) and figure-8 channel to attach to a wind-out awning.
Condition wise, used, mostly fine, all zips, etc. work but:
-It has a short tear (3-4"/7-10cm) on the weather flap at the bottom by the zip door.
-The clip that holds one of the poles into the knuckle joint has broken and the pole can slip out when not in use. However, if you slip the pole back into the knuckle the awning goes up and down without problem and it withstands the great British weather as normal.
-A couple of the brass rings in the peg-holes for the weather strip have fallen out.
Way too good to take down the tip but I don't wan't the hassle of trying to sell for money, so take advantage while we still have it.
Comes with storage bag and all guy lines, you just need the pegs and an awning mat (if so desired).
I think I have a couple of spare poles 'cos I ordered a pack when I somehow managed to break one, so I'll rummage around in the garage to find them.
I will try and take some pictures over the weekend and put them up but if you use the services of Mr Google, look for pictures of the grey model with black bottom and green guy lines.
Collection from Ferndown (near Wimborne) down in Dorset only - way too big to courier, or for me to take on the train to work in Bristol!
Drop me a message if interested.
