Farewell to Mac

We bid farewell to our beloved labrador Mac on Tuesday evening. At least we were able to let him fall asleep for the final time in one of his favourite places for the last 13 years - the garden and the sun was shining for him.

Brings back memories and a lump in the throat.

Part of the reason we now don't have another dog as we can't bear the parting.

Farewell to Mac

So very sorry to hear of your loss. We have had labradors for the last 40 years and when that time comes to say goodbye it is never easy. It breaks your heart. Just remember he will have had a wonderful life with you and remember the joy he brought you.
You will never forget him and will have lots of happy memories.
