Very sad, she was iconic throughout my childhood with her infectious laugh in the "Carry On" films, always suggestive, cast iin that role in every film.
I am not an "Eastenders" fan, but accept the strength clearly apparent in her acting.
A real supporter of the Alzheimer's Society, she tried hard to really raise the profile and certainly succeeded, her husband, Scot Mitchell was with her every step if the way and spent the last 7 days with her before she passed away peacefully.
RIP Dame Barbara, you will be missed.
Any typo that I make means the errorists win.
Any comments above are only
MY OPINION and should be read as that.
