Isn't the option, forgotten password, there on the sign in page like others have, if not I haven't a clue? Yes you do need the old to create a new it says.

Alternatively, there are a number of (free) password revealer programmes for PCs and on a Mac you can access your passwords through Utilities/Keychain Access.
Yes, that's the way to do it Pete.
If you log out, then try to log in again but enter the wrong password you'll get that screen anyway, it won't require you to enter your password and will Email you a new password very quickly.
The IMPORTANT thing to remember is that it will Email the new password to the Email address that is registered with MHF, not necessarily the Email address that you're using ATM. If you no longer have access to that address then you're stuffed.
As has already been said, the laptop knows the password look it up in either options or settings depending on which browser you are using then Security and show saved passwords.

wish i was a bit more pc savvy, was a bit of a fiddle trying to get to the settings thing on windows 10, but done thanks again,
wish people read the op properly, i HAD forgot the password,
admins fault any how making us use so many things in the password, but all sorted, mow i can do it on that thing that people tell me is for telephone calls

They(T-Mobile) are offering something less(1Gb?) but maybe cheaper.
I think if you wait a few months there will be something similar to ours. We may even find a better deal soon.
