Autosleeper Nuevo ES Lights problem

Hi

The external overcab front lights on my parents Nuevo ES are only working intermittently. They stay on for a while & then go off for no apparent reason!! Does anyone know where they are wired from? Is there a separate fuse? The handbook is useless. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Chris

Hi

I would check behind the lights for a corroded connection, they are prone to water ingress on many vans.

AS Neuvo light problem

Hi cneate!

I doubt if the problem is a 'first'; someone will have experienced it before and will have found a solution.

I would start by making a call to the service department at AutoSleeper. This department has a good reputation for its positive responses to such issues.

Best wishes from UncleNorm.

I remember selling a Neuvo and checking removing the bung in the overcab storage area and checking behind there was considerable water (several pints) between the lining and the outer skin; this was covering the lighting wiring. In the end the vehicle went back to AS to get sorted out. This was not the ES version but perhaps they both suffer from the same problem.
